Nana’s Books Foundation provides books that help children better understand Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, disabilities, caregiving, and other experiences that may affect them, their families, or their classmates.
Books are selected with students’ ages and grade levels in mind and may be provided for classroom libraries, school libraries, or directly to students.
The result: books that can open conversations, build understanding, and help children make sense of experiences affecting their families, friends, and communities.
Bringing Nana’s Books to your school starts with a simple request.
HOW IT WORKS
Title I schools can request books from Nana’s Books Foundation by completing an application. The information you provide helps the foundation understand your school and the students you serve.

The foundation reviews requests to determine how it can best support participating schools.
Selected books are provided for students, classrooms, and school libraries based on the approved request.
