Every book becomes part of a child’s story
Nana’s Books doesn’t simply deliver books. Nana’s Books doesn’t simply deliver books. Children take them home and discover characters and experiences that help them understand themselves and others. The stories can open conversations about topics that are difficult to explain.

It takes more than books to make this happen
Every book Nana’s Books distributes has a journey before it reaches a child. Books are received, organized, stored, packed, transported, and delivered to schools and libraries that put them into the hands of children and families.
Much of that work happens far from the classroom through the time, care, and hands-on effort of the people who make each delivery possible.
IN COMMUNITIES
Books meeting children where they are
Nana’s Books works with Title I schools and public libraries to place thoughtfully selected books in communities where they can be discovered, shared, and taken home.
In classrooms, school libraries, and public libraries, children find stories that build understanding, encourage compassion, and reflect experiences they may recognize in themselves, their families, and others.
